Meet the dedicated members of the Mead journalism class. The Raiders have competed in the past four Nebraska School Activities Association's state journalism contest with the following results:
2026 - State Runner-Up with 29 medalists (7 golds)
2025 - State Runner-Up with 25 medalists (4 golds)
2024 - Fourth Place with 19 medalists (1 gold)
2023 - Third Place with 15 medalists (3 golds)
