2017 Fall Sports Honorees

Football

D2-2 All-District Football Team:  Named to the All-District Offense was Josh Quinn (QB, 1st Team), JT Haag (WR, 2nd Team) and Hunter Pickworth (WR, Honorable Mention).  Named to the All-District Defense was Cole Zima (DL, 1st Team), Aidan Mongan (LB, 1st Team) and Caleb Dickes (DL, 2nd Team).

ECNC All-Conference Football Team:  Josh Quinn and Cole Zima were named to the ECNC All-Conference 1st Team.  Aidan Mongan and JT Haag were recognized as Honorable Mentions to the ECNC All-Conference Football Team.

Lincoln Journal Star All-State Honorable Mention:  Josh Quinn, Cole Zima and Aidan Mongan were all recognized as Honorable Mentions to the LJS D2 All-State Team.

Omaha World Herald All-Area Team:  Josh Quinn, Cole Zima, Aidan Morgan, and JT Haag were all recognized as Honorable Mentions to the OWH All-Area Team.

Omaha World Herald All-State Teams:  Josh Quinn, Cole Zima, and Aidan Mongan were all recognized as Honorable Mentions to the OWH Eight Man-2 All-State Team.

Wahoo Newspaper All-Area Defense:  Josh Quinn was named to the Wahoo Newspaper All-Area First Team Defense.  Aidan Mongan and Cole Zima were recognized as members of the 2nd Team.

Wahoo Newspaper All-Area Offense:  JT Haag was named to the Wahoo Newspaper All-Area Second Team Offense.

Volleyball

ECNC All-Conference Volleyball Team:  June Johnson was named to the ECNC All-Conference 1st Team.  Michyla Lihs and Jayden Haag were named ot the All-Conference 3rd Team.  Josie Parham was also recognized as an Honorable Mention to the ECNC All-Conference Teams.

Lincoln Journal Star:  Following their 18-10 season and State Tournament appearance, the Mead Raider Volleyball Team finished 6th in the final Lincoln Journal Star Class D2 ratings.

Lincoln Journal Star All-State Teams:  The Lincoln Journal Star recognized Michyla Lihs as the D2 1st Team All-State Libero.  June Johnson was also recognized as a Hitter on the D2 All-State 2nd Team.  Josie Parham was also recognized as an Honorable Mention to the LJS D2 All-State Teams.

Nebraska Prep Dig All-State Teams:  Nebraska Prep Dig named June Johnson to the D2 1st Team All-State Team as a Hitter.  Michyla Lihs was named to the D2 2nd Team as a Libero/Defensive Specialist.  Josie Parham was named to the D2 3rd Team as a Setter.  Jayden Haag was also listed as an Honorable Mention to the D2 All-State Teams.

Omaha World Herald:  Following their 18-10 season and State Tournament appearance, the Mead Raider Volleyball Team finished 6th in the final Omaha World Herald Class D2 ratings.

Omaha World Herald All-State Teams:  June Johnson was named Class D2 1st Team All-State as a HItter by the Omaha World Herald.  Jayden Haag, Michyla Lihs, and Josie Parham were all recognized as Honorable Mentions to the OWH D2 All-State teams

Wahoo Newspaper All-Area Volleyball Team:  June Johnson was named to the Wahoo All-Area Volleyball Team First Team.  Jayden Haag and Michyla Lihs were chosen as 2nd Team Honorees.  Rebecca Halbmaier and Josie Parham were recognized as Honorable Mentions to the team.
