Fourth and Sixth Grade Study the Winter Olympics

The fourth and sixth grade classes have been closely following the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. They began by researching the countries participating in the Olympics, looking at capitals, population, location and flags. Daily updates on medal winners were also done. Recaps of the previous events and a look at the schedule for the day also occured each morning. Students navigated through the information on the NBC website and the Vancouver website. Go USA!
