Qualifying Requirements
*high school junior or senior
*student body president, vice president, secretary or treasurer
*class president, vice president, secretary or treasurer
*student council representative
Students must fill out the application form. Upon sending in
the application form, a test will be sent to the school and
students will take a test covering US government and laws.
Two student delegates will be selected from each state.
The chosen delegates will travel to Washington DC from March
7-14 and will be awarded a $5000 scholarship. The Foundation
pays all expenses to DC. For an application form, please see
