Jazzin? it with FCCLA was the theme of the two-day meeting for over 1100 family and consumer sciences students and advisers representing 124 chapters in Nebraska. The students were motivated by a variety of leadership experiences during the conference.
Members attending the State Leadership Conference were:

Conference delegates were also busy in workshops and discussions about leadership and current teen issues. The topics discussed were Internet safety, budgeting and living in the real world, building relationships, the truth about body image, and becoming a better leader in your life and community. These sessions were selected to help local chapters gain ideas and resources to strengthen families, develop leadership skills in their members, and plan programs for 2007-2008.
At the Awards and Recognition session, Mead was recognized for increasing their membership the most of chapters with less than 25 members.
